I think this is just a software glitch. The duplicate screen name never bought in, and the hand history only shows his screen name once.
Still, it made me a little paranoid for a minute there. I immediately shut down all my tables.
This kind of thing should not happen (Click picture to enlarge).

Same kinda glitch happened on Sun this weekend. Only this time, an empty seat was playing in the hand. You couldn't see his bet, his name or his icon, only I saw a " " wins the hand. Really weird - I reported it immediately.
That's whacked out. Guess it's good I don't play there.
Kind of looks like the Picard Maneuver. Might want to ask Wil about that.
